This particular design was inspired by Monica’s love of the mountains and plains of the countryside, especially found in America. Here she uses black and white to represent old photographs. Using chevrons to represent the mountains with alternating colors inside diamonds to represent the farms and plains. Along the border you can see the flowers in bloom against the grass.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind, joyfully designed and handcrafted on a loom by Monica herself.
